Absentee & Phone Bids

Absentee Bidding

If you leave a bid by phone, in person, by mail, or by fax we will execute it to purchase the item for you at the lowest possible price. Where two identical left bids are made the first one takes precedence. All absentee bidder names and bids are held in strict confidence. If you are not able to preview an item in person, it is highly recommended that you call to get condition information on the item(s) you wish to purchase.

1. Fill in all absentee bid form information and sign it. Be certain to fill in the "item #" and description clearly so there is no confusion as to which lot you are bidding on.
   
   
2. Fax the form to 419-562-4363, or if you don't have access to a fax machine mail it to:

   Note: If you are submitting this form by mail, be certain to send it far in advance of the sale to be assured that it is received in time.

Phone Bidding

Phone lines are available for bidders on a first come first serve basis. If you plan to bid by phone please call 419-562-4363 to receive condition information on the item(s) you wish to purchase. We will call you at the time when your item will be sold so you can execute your bid.

Payment on successful absentee or phone bids is due within 72 hours of notification of successful bids.

We are not responsible for failure to execute absentee or phone bids.
